My Father Superhero is about a 9-year-old girl’s struggle to establish that her father is a superhero. The film revolves around slum dweller Kanku, whose parents are street vendors. Once while playing with her rich friend Kiara, Kanku learns that Kiara’s father is a Superhero. Kanku also wants to believe that her father is a Superhero. Kanku tries to prove to everybody that her father is a Superhero. No one including her own father believes that he is a Superhero. The film is about Kanku’s struggle to prove that her father is a Superhero.
