After the sudden loss of her beloved grandfather, a grieving young girl discovers that when she accidentally feeds her grandfather’s ashes to her goldfish ‘Chips’, he speaks to her. Whilst her mother is consumed by her own loss and regret, the young girl finds great comfort in the belief that the spirit of her grandfather now lives in the goldfish.

নানার মৃত্যুশোকে শোকার্ত এক কিশোরী একদিন ভুল করে তার নানার দেহাবশেষের ভস্ম তার গোল্ডফিশ যার নাম 'চিপস', তাকে খাইয়ে দেয়। কিন্তু তা খাওয়ার পরপরই চিপস মানুষের মত কথা বলা শুরু করে। যখন তার মা এই মৃত্যুশোকে কাতর, তখন মেয়েটি এই ভেবে খুশি হয় যে তার নানার সত্তাটি তার প্রিয় গোল্ডফিশের মাঝে বেঁচে আছে। এই কৌতুকপূর্ণ ও হৃদয়ে সাড়া জাগানো কাল্পনিক স্বল্পদৈর্ঘ্য চলচ্চিত্রটি সুন্দর কিছু মুহূর্তের জন্ম দেয়।

Ms. Karen Kelly

Karen Kelly is an award-winning director who makes both factual and scripted films. After graduating from the Royal College of Art, she had worked at the BBC, directing documentaries and dramas. She went freelance to focus on drama and has since made a combination of continuing drama, single episodes, and factual drama for ITV, Channel Four, and BBC.
