It is a typical day for the young, innocent Sofia and her seemingly loving and overly protective mother, Mameng, living in the ancestral house which was passed on to them as the worthy heirs. As the story unfolds, Sofia reveals her strange and mysterious character as Mameng also unravels her true self from a caring mother to a complete stranger.

সাধারণ একটা দিন। অল্পবয়সী, নিষ্পাপ, সোফিয়া এবং তার আপাতদৃষ্ট মমতাময়ী এবং অতিরক্ষণশীল মা, মামেং, বাস করছে তাদের পৈতৃক বাড়িতে, যে বাড়িটির তারা সুযোগ্য উত্তরাধিকারী। গল্পটি যত অগ্রসর হতে থাকে সোফিয়া একসময় আবিষ্কার করে নিজের অদ্ভুত ও রহস্যময় রুপ, মামেং এর আসল রুপও স্পষ্ট হতে থাকে যেখানে সে যত্নশীল মা থেকে পুরোপুরি অজ্ঞাত ব্যক্তিতে পরিণত হয়।

Isang pangkaraniwang araw ang tatahakin ng batang si Sofia kasama ang kanyang mapagmahal na ina na si Mameng. Ang dalawa ay unti-unting magpapakilala ng kanilang totoong anyo habang nakakasalmuha ang mga taong pamilyar sa kanilang buhay, habang sila ay nagiging istranhero sa isa't isa.
Mr. Alvin Baloloy
Alvin Baloloy is both a Science researcher and a portrait photographer who recently been interested in film making. He is a native of Sto. Domingo, Albay and is currently residing in Loyola Heights, Quezon City. Alvin studied his Bachelors in Biology from Bicol University and a Masters degree in Environmental Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
Filmography: His background in scriptwriting all started in high school when he have written short stories for school plays such as ‘LusViMinda’, ‘Junkshop’, ‘Quadro’, ‘Sa Puntod ni Inay’ and ‘Jueteng’, all written between years 2007-2010. It took about eight years for him to revisit his old passion and to write again. With acquired knowledge both in scriptwriting and videography, he was able to release his first short film in 2018. This film, ‘Maghihintay, Tonton’ was awarded the ‘Best Film’ and ‘Audience Choice Award’ during the preliminaries and ‘Best Actor’ during the final round of the Short and Sweet Film Festival-Manila. The said film was also an official selection to the 48th ROSHD International Film Festival and 2018 CineKasimanwa: The Western Visayas Film Festival. The upcoming short films he wrote and directed are ‘Malaya’ and ‘Panaghoy’.Being new to the industry, Alvin began attending workshops in film making such as talks from Filipino film makers Richard Somes, Avid Liongoren, Alvin Belarmino and Mikhail Red, among others.
