The film talks about how certain elements spew hope in generations after generations. A father and his son tuck in their seats to watch the world cup match with a hope to watch their favorite team win. But both the team and their hope fail miserably. So the duo waits till the next cup. But, sadly, the day of glory never arrives. Yet the hope remains alive through the next generation.

আশা কীভাবে প্রজন্ম থেকে প্রজন্মান্তরে আসছে, তা নিয়েই এই চলচ্চিত্রটি। বাবা এবং ছেলে বিশ্বকাপ দেখতে বসে তাদের প্রিয় দল জেতার আশায়। কিন্তু দলটি এবং তাদের আশা, উভয়ই হতাশাজনকভাবে হেরে যায়। তবুও তারা আশা রাখে। হেরে যায় না। পরবর্তী বিশ্বকাপেও তারা হেরে যায়। তবুও তাদের প্রিয় দল জেতার আশা অক্ষত থাকে। এভাবে আশা বেঁচে থাকে প্রজন্ম থেকে প্রজন্মান্তরে।
