The Last Embrace

A little girl has drawn a picture and she wants to show it to her family. But everybody is too busy with devices like television and cellphone. She goes to her grandpa who has just passed away a few minutes ago without anybody noticing him. This film depicts an agonizing scenery of digitization.

ছোট্ট একটি মেয়ে তার আঁকা ছবি তার পরিবারের সকলকে দেখাতে চাচ্ছে। কিন্তু সবাই বেশ ব্যস্ত মুঠোফোন আর টেলিভিশন নিয়ে। সে তার দাদার কাছে ছুটে যায় যিনি কিনা কিচ্ছুক্ষণ আগেই সবার নজর এড়িয়ে চলে গিয়েছেন। প্রযুক্তি আমাদের উপকারে আসলেও, কিভাবে আমাদের অপকার করছে তা এই চলচ্চিত্রের গল্পের মধ্যে দিয়ে উঠে আসে।
Mr. Saman Hosseinpuor
Saman Hosseinpuor was born in Saqqez, Kurdestan, Iran in 1993. He started acting in theater when he was just 14 years old, He started filmmaking in 2008. In the meantime, he started writing a short story. He is now a director and writer. Saman Hosseinpuor directed six short films. He has a bachelor degree in Cinema Directing.
